How come my voice changes?

When I wake up in the morning my voice is very deep (i can hit like an A up to an E 3 & half octaves up)but as the day goes on I lose it,(like my whole lowest octave goes away) then at night it sometimes comes back. Why? And what can i do to make my voice deeper and stop changing?
