Winter New York bullpen? How can i keep my arm loose in the winter?

Because i live in New York its already too cold to be pitching outside and i wanna throw off a mound as often as possible but i cant because of the weather. Any suggestions to having any bullpen sessions like where or where can i keep my arm loose for the winter?
