I used to trim my nails too close causing the nail bed to shorten. How can I grow the "pink part" longer?

Due to improper trimming of my nails, they became smaller and irregularly shaped. Any remedies to lengthen the pink part or nail bed?

The problem with planning out your life in such a manner is that life tends to throw bumps in the road! Take one day at a time! Remember that stopping to smell the roses, spending time with people that are dear to you, laughing, and enjoying the little things in life are far more important than the successes ociated with a graduate degree!
