Fallout 3 question (White House and Capitol Building and Lincoln Memorial)?

Yeah you can explore the capitol building its pretty big and it right in front if lincoln memorial just far but across, so you have to go around that big white in the middle, sorry idk what its called im not american but the white house is there and there are alot of supermutants in the feeld and by the white house there are tons of talon company mercs and supermutants fighting each other, this game is the beast!
