What's the practical difference (if any) between someone with an IQ of 137, and a person of 150+?

Just wondering if there are real tangible limits and differences between these two groups in today's society, with respect to things such as occupations attainable, and overall success and happiness. Also is one level more socially adjusted than the other? And do you think that in today's increasingly technical society every IQ point helps and thus the socially optimum IQ is increasing?
