Canker Sores Had one and now has 2?

Canker sores just happen. They come and go and are just annoying. they can't spread to other people like cold sores. canker sores kind of make me think of acne inside your mouth, they are just a pain. try not to bite them cause it hurts and it won't help them heal. They should clear up in a couple of days if you're gentle with them.
