My atheist friends, will you ease up a tad?

I understand that the christians who press their religion onto non-christians are all very upsetting, but every time I look at a legit question by a christian I see one of you or more stating god is not real and christianity is stupid. I myself have done my share of that, but arent we doing the same thing that bothered us at the start, just the opposite opinion? If a christian or other religious member is being close-minded or overbearing then fine, flame the hell out of them. But today I was even saddened by the harshness on a poor girl who asked a sincere question and was criticized for being christian, let's stick to standing up for religious choice and stay away from participating in the oppression so many including Atheists have fought against through out the history of man. (Sorry for any spelling errors, I was typing rather quickly) ^_^ This has been an Anti-conflict message. Lol.
