Aryan race or Asian race?

Everyone in Europe, North Africa, West Asia (the Middle East and Iran) up through the Caucus region and into European Russia are Caucasians. Neither Aryan or Asian are technically a race. Aryan is a language group. The Nazis came up with some really weird ideas about race, and misused the word to describe themselves.
