I have Panda Security 2008.I had extended my subscription for a year, two months ago. ?

The program is not working correctly now. the security for file protection know threats is not working. It's reading ATTENTION. When I select self-diagnosis it reading protection level is low. I select fix and it doesn't do it.The enable on is checked but it's not enabling for know threats. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but that does not fix it. I have scan my computer for viruses and have disinfected. And still there is a red flag on my file protection. The only way I can contact Panda is with E-mail I have had no response from them. Also I get a pop-up reading unable to update file protection. If anyone has the same program or that can help me would be great. If anyone need more info to help me, let me know. Cara
