Mybe he think's that your going to say no. i know cuz the same thing happen to me i gave here all she ever wanted and when i proposed to her she told me no iand i couldn't bring my self around to ask one more time. but look sweety just give him some time and my be and hopfuly he will ask you one more time googluck sweety.
