Is my Siamese mix sick or healthy?

My cat is skinnier than my other cat. He is also very skittish, hates being petted around his lower flank/stomach area near his tail and has this little dip in his stomach. He is also pretty small for being almost five years old and he is spoiled on his daily feedings (half a can of Friskies pate). Is he healthy?
