Should I sue my college for brain trauma that I received?

Because you admitted it was your fault you would have no case, but since they do not provide helments they should have warnings advising about not riding with out a helment or a disclamer, and they don't supply a helment, you might possibly have a case as long as you don't admit it was your fault from now on. I would consult a lawyer.
