A prenup must be enforced by the parties who sign it. Failure to enforce a prenup cancels the prenup clause or even the whole prenup. The most extensive prenup I know of was Jackie Onasis Kennedy's prenup. THat included , children, clothes allowances, dinner, shopping, name changes, and so much more.
