Where can I park my motorcycle in downtown Los Angeles near 5th and Flower?

I work on 5th and Flower and am looking for a safe and inexpensive (< $7.50) place to park my motorcycle. It drives me nuts that a lot of these lots have small spaces for motorcycles and still charge like you are driving a Hummer. It makes no sense. Are there any unattended lots where you can discreetly pull around the gates without paying? Any lots with cheap motorcycle rates? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks
