96 Kawasaki zxi 900, no power to gauges or starter.?

The solenoid checks out great per Kawasaki specs and I've replaced the main harness, cdi box, stator, and ignition switch. I've seen where it could be the control module for the trim. The ski runs great by jumping the starter relay. Any suggestions? Thanks, Adrian
