e. I would tell the seller you did not get what you paid for, and ask to be re-imbursed, and say the product is not usable. Don't send it back, then you're stuck paying postage. If you do send it back, make sure you first get re-imbursed for both the CD and shipping costs. You may also want to send a cc of your email to another branch at Amazon (someone in power), to ensure your reimbursement.
