Is 180 gallons enough for 3 blue dolphin ciclids and 3 sliver sharks and a pleco ?

Yes it is, however I would go with a larger colony of blue dolphins to spread breeding aggression when the time comes and enhance overal activity of the fish, but one male with two females should work out ok too.
